WUR relationship to CO %?
Is the 3MM mixture adjustment screw on top of the fuel head an air or fuel adjustment? I ask b/c I just changed my control pressure regulator (WUR) and now the car is eye-watering rich. The presssures are now within spec. I'd guess I need to lean out the mixture now? Make sense?

It controls mixture. When you screw the 3 mm in, it causes a greater deflection of the piston in the fuel dist for a given motion of the sensor plate. Back it off a little,

When seen from above, counterclockwise is leaner. Unless you have a meter, back it off in small increments, say 1/16 turn @ a time, until the idle speed doesn't fluctuate. Your idle speed will probably then rise, so lower it by turning the idle screw clockwise.
