Vinyl seat treatment

Can anyone recommend a treatment for the vinyl seats in my 83 sc? They are old and cracked. Is there anything out there that i can use to 'moisturize' them?

Thanks

www.leatherique.com

Supposedly the process works on vinyl as well as leather. On my leather seats, their products worked great!
