broken starter terminal

OOPS!!! I was finishing the install on my MSD ignition hooking up the 12V supply to the starter and the plastic around the terminal broke, and the starter power supply terminal pulled out. Now I know why there are two nuts on the terminal.

Is there any way to temporarily fix this until I get a new starter. I suppose I can roll start the car. But that is going to be difficult because I need to test the MSD ignition... set spark gaps etc...

Larry,

If you disassemble the solenoid ... the broken, insulating bushings can be replaced with parts from a motor/alternator shop.

I was able to fix the old starter by just epoxying the plastic around the terminal and it still works. However, I found a $120 hitorque starter on ebay from hiperformance so I fiqured at that price, why not try a new starter.
The hitorque starter came, very straight forward install and starts like a champ. I am not used to how quick it starts and have grinded the starter a couple times. I have seen a couple of other people post that they purchased the ebay hitorque but no one has stated how it works. For me, so far so good.
