Back Sieat Side Panel Removal?

I want to pull these side panels so I can access the reel for my front side seatbelts. How do I get them out?

It is easy, grab in the middle at the bottom, pull up and then out. You do have to take the upper trim off first. The panel is held on with one piece of metal inserted in to a trim piece of metal on the body. The fiberboard in the vinyl/leather is pretty flexible, you won't hurt it.
