Carrera receding at the horizon...
...sun going down. All is quiet now.
I sold my ROW 3.2 liter, and wish her new owner a good time. He first came to see my car in a orange-red original VW Golf GTI, first generation, the original European gangster getaway car of some 20 years ago... said he'd wanted a 911 all his life and wanted to keep the Porsche for a long time. That pleased me. I went real easy on the price: I wanted to sell fast, cut my expenses (taxes and insurance are expensive here, and the price of 98 Octane is going up daily...about $1.60 per liter now...). So, I'm not going to whine, but I will wine... In passing, I don't intend to stay on the board. Without positive connection with a Porsche, I don't see the point of twisting the knife into my little heart... I want to thank all of you. This board rocks. And best wishes to all of you, even the ones I may have offended (but that's not many...) Paul
