			It looks like it may be the fuel supply line that runs from the fuel filter (flex hose end) over to the fuel distributor.  If it is, then the bracket bolts to the back side (front side??) of the heater fan mount. 			Jim is right.  I just yanked mine off during the air box replacement.  It connects at the back of the distributor and runs to the heater fan bracket, then the connection at the left side.  I'll trade you mine for that nice new one!
