Just got off the phone with Pelican and they have informed me they don't have kits for the 911L/S (1968) rear caliper. What have others done? I knew the rear rotors were NLA but this was news to me.
Could another kit work?

Hmm, I just checked the ATE website, nothing except master cylinders listed for '68s--
I'll do some research on Bill V's site and see if I can come up with early caliper specs. There's something out there that has to fit.

Do you have "Wide L" or "Narrow M" or "Narrow L" calipers?
Wide L = 2x38mm, which pistons are the same as M rears. Narrow M = 2x38mm, ditto Narrow L= 2x 35mm, THIS is a problem. I haven't looked at the clamps on my '66 yet, but if they have wide l's or narrow M's I'd try the M caliper rebuild kits. If they are Narrow L's I'd start looking at the Alfa or BMW parts catalogs?

Thanks John, I'll have to check to see what I have. What are the measurements you listed referring to?
And what's the link to Bill's site? I have it on my home computer but not here at work.

I have a wide L caliper so I believe I need the part# 901-352-998-00. Which is for an M rear caliper is that correct?

Problem solved, just ordered the kit #C-352-998-00. These are for rear M calipers with 38mm piston.
Pelican is great my shipment was already closed up and ready to ship but they opened it back up and threw in the rear kits. Thanks everyone for your help!
