Yes it will. I just upgraded mine to the one piece 964 wind delfelctor, tracks and cables. Easy upgrade. Let me know if you have any questions.

Say what? Can you share more about the install? I lost one part of the 3 piece and Porsche wants $330!!!! for a piece of aluminum. Do you have part numbers? Pictures?

I do NOT have parts numbers. I just watched the parts ads until I found someone stripping a 964 then bought the entire assembly from them. It's one of the best upgrades i have done to my car. It works very smooth as compared to the old style deflectors. I probably shouldnt say this and I have NO connection with them but there is an entire assembly on ebay right now.

I paid 350 for my set and I got everything. The sunroof tracks, cables, motor and trans, wind defelctor and sunroof panel. The entire set. It's the way to go in my opinion.

I'm definitely going to follow up. I asked that guy if it would fit a 964, but the auction is almost over.

I heard back from the eBayer selling the sunroof and he said he didn't know if it would fit a 964. Anyone on this forum know?

The three pieces of aluminum are very easy to fabricate. The only difficult part is to dimple the outer pieces so these will not move.

What broke on mine is the chrome upright holder, which causes the deflector to fall out.

Im just guessing but I dont think the 996 will work on the 993 or older 911's. I went to the 996 open house at the Porsche dealership when PCNA introduced the 996 and they were saying that about the only part that can be interchange with a 993 is the badge. If you find one from a 993 or C2/C4 that should work for you. There should be a few of these out there and you may want to put a want add in the parts section of the forum. Good luck.
