Need Help - Now

My neighbor has been bugging me to do struts and a tune up on his 1990 C2. So I finally gave in and did it. I did the struts and then plugs, caps, rotors, fuel and air filters. Now it will not start.

It tries to fire but won't run. When it fires,it is smooth. I double checked wires and firing order. It sounds like it is not getting fuel. I'm sure that is the problem.

Question: does this model have an inertia or fuel cut off switch? I had it jacked high and angled when I did the front struts. Could I have tripped it?

I never hear the fuel pump run, is there a way to jump the fuel pump?

It ran fine when I took it this morning.

Only one caveat, the owner was screwing around trying to change what he thinks is a bad ignition switch while I was working. He had gauges out etc. Is there anything with the ingnition switch wires in the dash thatcould cause this? All the dash lights come on andthe car cranks and fires, it just won't run.

Thanks,
Ed

Where is the afm plug? I don't think it has an immobiliser.

OK, I tried it this morning and it started right up.

No idea why it wouldn't last night.

afm= air flow meter plug/connector. I think the problem may (have been) on his end.
