Does anyone know what sort of hoops, if any, I am going to have to jump through to get my '73 911 with MFI registered in California. Car is numbers matching, but has 2.5L p/c and the MFI has been massaged to "S" specs.

There should be no "hoops" to jump. In CA, your 73.5 is exempt from smog checks.
