What happened here?
What would cause the emerg brake shoes to look like this?

Gost your other post has answed that question. looks like half the lining has come off. no wonder the rotor is in the shape it is.

You should post the corresponding rotor/drum too!

Tossed it all. I figured that it was driven with the brakes on but just wanted to hear other peoples comments.
