If you press BACK at the buttom you get to the overview of galleries. In those I found a Lexus rebuilt to Mercedes, a Toyota Estate rebuilt to Porsche 996 and a Suzuki Wagon R rebuilt to Dodge Ram Pick Up. Amazing.....

![]() Seriously, though, this link was up here a couple of weeks ago and it got me wondering. What the hell is going on with those cars? It looks like the exaggerated fins, tails, spoilers, and tailpipes get crazier every year when you look at the guy's album. I wonder what the next couple of years holds for these guys? They can't get much weirder.

It was a reference to Fast Times at RH. I have had that movie in head the past few weeks. Guess I was looking for an opportunity. No offense intended to any of my Porsche pals that partake, for medical reasons.
I don't but I can't afford another "hobby" except for the 911.

Don't laugh; my buddy, a U.S. ex-pat (if you can call it that) working in Vancouver B.C. says most of his neighbors have grow houses. Some supplement their income up to $50K Canadian per year.

Truly amazing! I especially like the cars where they've add a "front Porch" or diving platform or whatever it is.
There's no accounting for taste. All this from the land that brought you years of Godzilla.

If it is to attract attention and bring people to talk about it, it is a winner. That is the fourth time I have seen that car on PP alone. If the fuction is to rip the trunk off the car at 35 mph, I think it would function well in doing so. Now if you are looking for downforce though, not bloody likely.

Seen a bunch of these before... My favorite feature of most is the externally mounted front oil coolers...
