HELP!Need an on site PPI for engine located in SOcal

I need an on site Inspection done on an engine that is in a non driveable car. Recommendations for reputable mobile Porsche mechanics or anyone who is a knowledgeable Porsche enthusiast that is interested in helping a fellow enthusiast out including getting paid for it please respond as soon as you can. The engine can be checked out anytime between wed 25th through sat 28th.
The engine to be inspected is an early 2liter "S" that the current owner states does not turn by hand. I need someone to pull the sump cover and an upper and lower valve cover to gain visual access to the insides to see weather there is evidence of mechanical failure (mettalliac debris) or water damage. I am simply looking for some one who will give an honest opinion about the condition of the engine by way of an "educated" inspection. Someone who is honest and knows their way around a Porsche engine fairly well is all that's needed.
Im not looking for a free ride, I'm happy to pay for your time as long as you are "Qualified" "adept" "competent" etc. about Porsche engines.
Any suggestions or inforfmation is greatly appreciated-

Please contact me by phone if you are able to do the inspection-

Thanks, Jeff 510-919-5512
