My Speed'O Stops When Engine Is Hot

My speed 'o stops working when the engine is hot.

So after I'm driving for more then a hour it just stops.

Any sugestions?

Mine did the same thing and the odometer stopped working altogether. I sent the unit to North Hollywood and two weeks and $125.00 later is is fixed. I have a '74 911 with a mechanical speedometer.

Did you ever get an answer about your speedo quitting when
the engine is hot? Mine (87 911) does the same thing.
