POP quiz caliper seals
Just a pop quiz to see who knows why there is a yellow mark on the outside of the square caliper piston seal. There is a real reason.

Well appears to no takers on the pop quiz. The reason is so you know if you rolled the square seal inside out while installing. If after putting the seal in you see the yellow mark you take back out and reinstall. Not as easy to roll the small square seals but larger ones like in auto transmission pistons are not that hard to install wrong. Just a note after rebuilding calipers this morning.

Good to know. I'm about to re-build mine in my 85 Cab. Spot on timing.
Thanks
