I am watching that car now for the last 4 weeks on ebay and not a single bid on it for the price it seams not to bad the car has some upgrades and from the pictures it looks clean to me ,did I miss here something ? , or is there somebody out there what knows that car .?
I ask because a friend is interested in buyng it and i like to get him some more info before he flys over to Florida ( cost 650 $ dollar from Aruba ). Thanks for any help. ![]() Kasi

Kasi--looks not bad--- a couple of queries I would want answered.
The 77 should have a center console[I think] and the center ashtray isnt there where the equalizer is. The absence of a heater probably would not be a worry in Aruba. But I wouldnt touch it until a pre- purchase inspection verified the condition of the head studs. They do not have to be Raceway but the case must be inserted. The other thing I am not sure of is the scavenge oil line around the back of the engine like an SC rather than the hockey stick under the bellhousing. Also a claimed gearbox overhaul with no records is a bit dodgy but a drive would soon tell that. Somebody has sure spent money on it but thats easy to do with one of these. Good luck- just like a woman,a nice one is a nice one.--a bad one will destroy you . Last edited by Bob Goding; 05-31-2005 at 02:25 AM.. |
