Question Plugs

These are pics of my plugs. Nuber 6 is full of soot. I have not done a leakdown. All other plugs look fine. Any ideas

Looks pretty oily at a glance. Compression test on that cyl? Using much oil?

I agree with ianc start with a compression test. Could be rings or valve guide.

Could be a loose or faulty ignition wire too.
