Question Koni's

Hello,

I am about to purchase a set of koni reds for my 1972 914, I have the original 4 bolt spindles and such, will the koni struts fit?? I am ignorant in this matter since I took the old ones out over 7 years ago and forgot the way they insert....
PLZ help I will be getting them at 11 am this morning Eastern time

Thanks
Josh

Josh if you have ordered the correct Koni's for the car you will have no problems. Slide the inserts into the strut cases and tihgten the nut that screws into the top of the strut case, above the insert, make sure the nuts are TIGHT as I have seen them work loose.
Regards Mike

Actaully I am getting then used, and I think they are from a 5 lug conversion...that being the case they would not work, right? They should be flat on the bottom not with a theaded section??
