About to update my mirrors, need help.
 

Just recently acquired a set of aeros for my car and am just about to get started.
First I have a few questions, where can I find a set of base gaskets?
Two, the wire harness was removed at the connector on the base end, so there are no wires exposed. Where can I find these harnesses with this round connection?
Three, how does the locking wheel work? I have tried for an hour and cant seem to get it to move or get the mirrors off.
