Oil breather hoses

I posted some time ago about replacing the oil breather hoses and it is an engine out witch will have to be done one day but I'm not ready for that yet. The hoses are creaked but not weeping they are quite dry, is it worth changing then now or just keep driving the car until they start leaking?
Thanks Steve.

If you are not detecting any vacuum leaks they are probably OK, at least for now. You might be able to change these over with a partial engine drop and certainly the upper hose would be a snap.
