SWB fresh air intake seal

Well, this is sort of difficult to describe without a picture or the PET, but in the trunk of any SWB there's a fiberglass water drip pan that catches the water that blows in through the fresh air intake, and drains it through a 90 degree hose into a metal tube that runs down through the smugglers box and out of the car.

This fiberglass water drip pan has a seal against the cowl. 901.571.292.20 The profile of the seal is roughly like a backwards "L" from the parts manual.

Naturally, it's NLA from Porsche.

Would anyone be willing to pull theirs out and take a detailed picture and a measurement of the seal? My thought is that there's probably a piece of weatherstripping out there, or maybe another seal in the car, that could be made to work.

Have any of you SWB owners encountered this before? What did you do?
