Cup II wheel width question

Did the factory ever make an 8 inch cup II wheel and ship it on a 993? I thought they were all 7x9x17

I was just delivered a set of "factory 993 cup IIs" from an ebay seller. And the rears are 8" when I expected 9s. The back side of the wheel suggests they are a different manufacture than the 7 inch fronts.

Do I have a pair of misrepresented wheels?

Looks like there is indeed a rear (H) 17x8 out there.

The above wheel part number looks like it was a winter use wheel for Turbos and Turbo-Look/S cars?

There's also another 17x8 rear wheel that was for the std. body cars

Note how the offsets differ by 40mm.
