Will a 930 whale tail fit a 1972 911?

Hey guys, I have a 930 whale tail for sale, and a guy called yesterday and inquired about it, and said he wanted to buy it to to put on his 1972 model 911?

I told him I wasn't sure if it would work? I know it will fit 1974 and newer models, but am not sure about 1973 on back?

Anyone?

Brian

I do believe it will. However, it'll look really, REALLY huge...

I disagree. I think it will make the car look REALLY small.

...and of course nice big wheels to go under those flares.

...and then big brakes to go under those wheels...

...but then he'll want to put in a bigger motor...

...and then tighten up the suspension to handle all the new power...

...and then...
