Perhaps this was suggested before but I don't recall. As the weather is most appropriate in these parts more and more 911s are on the road.
Today I saw at least five on my short trip to work and at lunch. I always wonder if the driver is a member here. Suggestions in the past were a license plate frame...but it's hard to see. Then there's the Pelican sticker (or two) that comes with every order....cool for a tool box or garage fridge but not so sure about my car. So I'm thinking, what sticker would be pretty cool and show I'm a active here???? Here's my borrowed and lame attempt at a sticker (New image editor). Lettering can be whatever is agreed upon ala Country code sticker style. Maybe PLCN, PCN or just PELICAN spelled out.....or PP ![]() Rear quarter window placement would make it easy to spot. What ya'll think? ![]()

Don't like it, sorry. Doesn't convey anything to me, except a worker exposure limit to chemicals called a "Permissible Exposure Limit", an OSHA term.

put the pelican inside the oval- makes it somewhat "secret" as to its meaning
"this guy's from pelican head? he loves pelicans? owns pelican restaurant chain?"

Good feedback. The idea is more for the design than for the content. I'm sure there will be lots of suggestions. Actually, Pelican spelled out appeals to me more and more. Along the lines of the picture...people will be wondering, what the heck does that mean?
Hugh, I didn't know PEL was an OSHA acronym.

I guess I'm not warm to the idea of putting a cartoon figure on my car.

Personally, I think it's quite clever.
Smaller than a real country sticker, and placed in the rear quarter would be ideal. Much better than the little disembodied pelican I'm sporting now... ianc

It's easy to learn too. Simply make eye contact with the driver, and then, that exclusive sign . . . 'flip'n them the bird' . . . almost everyone returns the signal. (must be a lot of Pelican Heads out there) ![]()

Eric, that's funny, cause I actually have one of those-my daughter was culling beanies, and I rescued it from the trash.

I think this logo would be better for a grille badge:
