Any of you have fixed early rust holes in floorboard.

I'm going to be replacing the whole carpet on my 66' 911. I have a small 1 inch whole in the floorboard. Wanting to know how you guys have delt with this problem. I was looking into the PUR-15 floorboard repair kit. But wondering if any of you have had that problem.
