Exhaust Flange bolts & Nuts

Silly question but I don't have a Bentley manual yet. I'm changing out my muffler and cat for a Dansk pre muffler and sport muffler and I want to have bolts and lock-nuts in advance but I don't know what size. There's no way I'll be able to reuse the old hardware except for the muffler clamps. I can't find the size in the Pelican catalog. Could one of you let me know.

Thanks

Do you have a set of digital calipers that go from ins to mm? They are abt $12 on ebay. measure what you have and replace with SS nuts, washers and bolts. Use nylock nuts and antisieze compound.

I just did this, I wouldn't recommend nylock, I think it would melt in a flash. Search a bit and you'll find, Will Ferch listed out the exact hardware required. I used HW from mcmaster.com, SS bolts and SiBr nuts, worked out nicely.

TCB, most of the stuff on my turbo exhaust from the heads to the flanges is 8mm with a 13mm OD and for some tight areas 8mm with 12mmOD. and I'm sure it's the same for yours.

Terry, Stainless will gall, you may want to get the silicon bronze nuts. I'm pretty happy with it, they were pretty cheap. May want to get them off while you still can.

Thanks for the tip, David. I used high temp anti seize. Hoping it won't have to come out again for about 10 years.
