Attention: Orange County Porsche Owners

I'm in the process of finding a nice warehouse in the So. Orange County area for Race car/Porsche storage. The goal is to have a nice set up where myself and others can store and work on their cars. This will NOT be a full service garage, but more like a DIY shop (with insurance waivers). This is for people looking for a storage area where they CAN work on their cars when needed (engine drops, oil changes, suspension changes). The plan is for a lift, Safety Kleen containers, and a nice big storage area. I'm holding out for a spot for trailer storage. The price will depend on the size of the unit.
If your like me, and would love to use a lift while freeing up the house garage- let me know.
I'm just checking the interest level to judge what size I should go for. Cost guesstimate would be around $300/month per car
