Talking Jr. mechanic - car died & fixed it

I was in the car on a country road...and we drove over a huge ditch in the cement.

Crash went the front suspension and the car died.

Yikes. I'm no mechanic...I understand the mechanics of a P-car pretty well, but fixing it is another story.

Car will turn over, but not start.

1st check under the engine lid....no loose wires or hoses. No fuel lines dripping..hmmm.

Next checked the front fuse box.

Aha! The red relay #1 was slightly ajar.

Pushed it in and she started right up.

Phew!!! High "5" from the girlfriend and my son and were off.

It could have been a really crappy day.

Thanks Dr. Prosche for making such a reliable car!

Better not Matt,

Only if you need my gold AAA free tow. Otherwise, I'm pretty useless.

Part of why I'm so happy is that, I sure would have felt like a toad if I'd had it towed the 30 miles back to my mechanic, only to have him push in a fuse.
