PCA Tech day - July 10 (Sarasota, FL)

I just wanted to know if anyone here would be going this upcoming Sunday...

The flyer I got from Suncoast Porsche says that there will be an "enthusiast swap meet/greet," but the PCA website says nothing about it.

I'll be there Sat/Sun with PBOC. I haven't heard about any swap-meet though. Either way it'll be wet.

Crap, you're right it will be wet...Our meteorologist expects "TD Dennis" to be here Sunday morning. I hope he's wrong, though.

It would have been nice to see your car at the very least (my Cab would leak, so it's staying home). Maybe next time.

Hi Guys,

If Hurricane Dennis does hit the west coast, or even comes close, is there covered parking at Suncoast Porsche Inc? In fact, will the Swap Meet be under cover or out in the open?

I don't mind rain per say, but I do object to flying branches and other debris from smashing into my baby.

Can we all keep each other informed as we near the weekend - wouldn't want to miss one of the few Swap Meets for Porsches in Florida.

I was at Sebring once and I don't remember any covered areas, except near the pits. I noticed those are usually saved for the racers. Don't remember many trees, so you won't have to worry about branches. My biggest worry is, if they decide to pospone/cancell the event. I have to give the hotel 24hr notice or they'll charge me.

Oooooops, sorry. Are we not talkng about the Swap Meet at SunCoast Porsche Dealership in Sarasota, and not the Sebring Drivers' Education?

Anyway, hope to see YOU sometime; our written paths seem to cross all the time, and I'm not sure I've met you yet.
