white topless euro-trash

Heh, made you look

Just added the clear blinkers and side markers, aero mirrors, RUF spoiler, H4's

I know the clear look is ricey, but I think it's a good monochrome scheme, goes with the H4's, fogs, etc. What do you think?

Looks Good! Not ricey at all, but it's because the car is white.

I like the understated front splitter (why do they call it that?), and the body color H4 rings.

Less crazy about the clear turn signals and the aero mirrors.

My .02,

ianc

Thanks for the replies guys

I was sorta going after this look:

.
from the infamous Souk-posted Ruf front end group buy, but settled on a genuine Ruf valence for crash-worthiness.

The aero mirrors came to replace a set of flags that needed a repaint, and I got them for a good deal already matching color from a fellow pelican, so that was a no-brainer

Was it tough to find the Ruf front end? I have been looking for one for my 930 and am scratching my head.

You can always get one if you don't mind paying the big dollars, Weissach.com (http://www.weissach.com/item-details.asp?itemID=31&itemType=partsInventory), Ruf, now in the US, and if you search, there is a person that imports and resells Ruf gear here on pelican (Leo I think)

I bought mine used from Scooter84/92, refinished it, and saved a lot of money. The fit was nice, much nicer than some of the FG valences I've installed over the years. I had one from rennspeed that was so "stressed" when on the car, despite 10+ v cuts I made that it spontaneously split in two one day (of course after $200+ worth of paint and prep).

One other thing I'll say about the RUF pieces is that they arrive in good shape, you don't have to monkey with them like you would fiberglass. No flaking gel coat, no 1000 pinholes, etc.
