Went to the NC museum of Art Porsche display

I visited my family in Durham this weekend and went to the NC Museum of Art Porsche exhibit Monday. I took my grandkids and it was nice Monday as there were very few people there. I would encourage anyone who is in the area to go see it before it is gone in January. My grandson's elementary school teacher told me Tuesday that his class would be visiting the exhibit in December. They are studying objects in motion so she thought it would be a great exhibit for the class to see. He is 10. Here is one picture we took.

My Aunt and Uncle live in Raleigh and have been dying for us to come down to see it, but it's a long haul from NY with kids and wives that aren't quite as interested in seeing another shiny P-car. The show looks really incredible. It's up through January, I think. - Matt

Running until January 20th, I go to Mooresville frequently. Maybe Thanksgiving in the south might be in order.

My wife and I are from Indiana but we fly down to Durham periodically to see my daughter and her kids. It was nice that the museum is typically closed on Monday but they had the Porsche exhibit open for Veteran's Day.

This coming Monday the "hoods" will be up and exhibit will be open only to members. I'll take some pictures and post next week.
