simple question (not for me!)

Trying to figure out how to change the headlight lens (one is broke)
I removed the bottom phillips screw and removed the black painted ring.
now there is a chrome ring with 2 adjustment screws,1 on each
side and hollow straight screw (which the black ring screw was in) on the bottom. Do you have to remove this bottom hollow screw? I've tried, but doesn't want to budge.
I've tried to attach a photo but it won't work.
Thanks,
T.J.
(they say H4's on them)

TJ,
It is the bottom hollow screw that you need to remove,
Dave

I hope for your sake TJ that it doesn't turn out like mine did when I recently did the same thing, the captive nut/lug sheared off inside the headlight bowl when I un-tightened the bottom screw. I had to grind out someone's old botch and TIG in a new bracket and nut, what a P.I.A!

It should be simple enough for you though I hope.
