Headlamp Bucket screwed up
The PO of my car had an encounter with his garage door and right fender of my 911. It looks like the fender was replaced. I now find that the headlamp bucket was installed improperly and is off. The other fender is original and everything look great. I can't install a new seal for the headlamp because the fit is to tight. Is there any thing I can do, or do I need a new fender?

Can you fab your own seal to fit using rubber or some other, longer seal cut to fit, or put parts of 2 seals together?

I could. I plan on installing H4 headlamps and wonder if the misalignment on the bucket is going to cause a problem. The bucket is tilted up. In other words, the bucket almost touches the fender at the top but the bottom of the bucket has a larger than normal gap.

I kind of have the same problem on my car (driver side) I think I am just going to put a new fender on that side as it has been repaiered a few times and does not aligh just right. So if you find a pair I need the driverside
