Trunk carpet question
 

I bought the pelican trunk carpet for my...........well, my trunk, p/n pel-APBZ-TC74C and now I am confused on how it goes in. Does anyone have a pic of thier 911 trunk? I have one without power brakes. I think I am missing some snaps here or something.

Some of the male side (car side) of the snaps are mounted on elongated washer plates that are attached under the fender mounting screws. If the fenders have been off these snaps could have been lost. Jim

I think there are 4 per side, about every 3rd screw. I could get a pic, but they are as Jim said, a half inch wide by al little more than an inch long with the snap riveted at one end and the hole for the screw at the other. They take the place of the flat washer found under the other screws. There is a gasket washer under all of them, plate or regular.

Hmmmmmm. Interesting. no tabs like that on mine..........

I found some! Pelican didn't have em, neither did tweeks, but I found em $1 ea at partsheaven.com. Thanks guys!
