Sacramento Valley Heat Wave

Mostly all week and forcasted to last another week, temps have been over the 100*F. Today is forcasted at 105 but will probably be hotter.

For those of you driving your Porche's in this Dante's Inferno, how is your oil temp.

I wasn't in Sac, but I was in Sonoma, Santa Rosa, Calistoga, St. Helena and Napa all day Tuesday and it was fine, even with A/C. Maybe about 9 o'clock position at the hottest.....

Got to about 9 o'clock in traffic, around 8 o'clock on the freeway. What was the reason I ripped my AC out again???

Drove to Santa Cruz from San Jose (over the mountains) last weekend, it was about 90-95 deg, it was the first time my temp went over 180 deg. I maxed out to about 195 when I was climbing through the mountains. I think mine runs cooler because of the Dansk 2-in-2-out and not cat etc...

I have a front mounted stock cooler in the fender well as well....

What the max you should hit before worrying?

Driving around Sacramento mine got to a little above nine o'clock. Does anyone's air conditioning actually do anything when it's this hot? Mine kind of works when it's 80 or 90 but not really when it gets to be 100 or over. Does this indicate I a/c needs a recharge?

Here in Phoenix, my 911 gets to 9 o'clock a mile down the road, at night. That's why I wait for the fall to drive mine.

In Modesto about 104. Got stopped for a train for about 10 min idling with air on. Just about in the red. No worries as long as I moving. But I think I could use my air conditioner vent to pop popcorn.
