head temp removal tool size ?
 
before I start cutting slots in all my sockets can anyone pls tell me the size of the cylinder head temperature sensor. Thanks

14mm.

Be aware that there are cases where the old sensor size may be 13mm but the new one going in will be 14mm.

If you have a new sensor going in, simply cut the old wires and remove the sensor. No slotting needed.

You will of course need slots to install the new one or get the snap-on tool depicted above.

Found the same thing. One size coming out and another going back in. It was as above, 13 and 14 mm. Good way to go is to use pawn shop sockets to cut on...

I went to my local AutoZone and picked up a socket for less than $5.00. A little work with the Dremel, and I was good to go!
