Manual Window Crank
So I broke my knob off of my manual crank windows... I believe you have to replace the whole crank. Is it a simple unscrew the old one job or do you have to take the door panel off?

all you have to do is remove the plastic cover & there is is a screw that holds the winder on. un screw that & it's done. (assuming they didn't change the winder in 8 years!)

Thats what I was asking. Thanks!

Matthew,
Driver's doors, right? Immediate fix ... remove passenger crank and put it on driver's side! There are several options for replacing the brken knob ... short of just ordering another $30 crank ... Replacement Knob, 911 (1974-79) PEL-911-WRK-01 $14.80 |
