technically OT but I met Gordon Murray
 

art center car show was today and gordon murray gave about a two hour talk about his life as a designer, what he has just done and what he is doing. Also spoke briefly on F1 today and answered questions at the end. Seems that he has left McLaren, is in the process of starting his own company and will be putting out another supercar priced like a new 911 and in the sub 1000kilo range. Said F1 has gone too far from what it used to be and they better shape up or they have had it, is also coming out with a city car priced at half of what a Smart car is presently. I dont think I want to work for Porsche anymore......
