Nice car. Suggest you add more and better pictures. I've sold a couple of cars and hundreds of other items on eBay, and really good pictures can make a huge difference. That's a beautiful 930--love the color combo. Good Luck!

WOW! Like Loual siad, better pics will bring better bucks. If you dont have a digi cam, barrow one! Presentation will sell it.

I would have expected an engine having only 600 miles since rebuild to be tight as a drum, and not have oil leaks. Where are the leaks coming from? Who did the rebuild?

stuttgarts930 07-18-2005 04:18 AM

I rebuilt engine myself with a some help from waynes book. One of the leaks is coming from a valve cover the other from the sending unit on the top rear of the motor. I just havn't had time to adress them. I agree the pics dont due the car justice, I might bring home my digital from work to get some better shots.

Don't be discouraged if it doesn't sell right away. Nice car, I'd look at it except....

Nate - Not sure what your reserve is....but I would not be surprised if your car does not meet reserve. Sorry to say but your pics and description needs work my friend.

No one is going to bid on $30,000 car unless there are great pictures and descriptive text to truly reflect the car. Notice cars that sell on eBay (especially the exotics), have the bee-jezus of pictures taken of them and a very lengthy description.

You have to put yourself in the buyers shoes...would you buy a Porsche 911 Turbo from someone you do not know who is half away across the country, with a few pictures of the car taken in the rain and then a "LOL" added when talking about the oil leaks?? On other words you have to make the potential buyer feel 101% confident in bidding and winning this car, the car should sell itself when viewing in person otherwise your pics and description is the true seller.

Having said that, you do have a lovely 930.

Good luck and that's my 2 pennies for today.

Yasin
