oxy sensor question 911 SC

I just got a new Bosch o2 sensor delivered the other day and noticed that the connection is different. The one on the car has one wire coming from it the new one has three, two white one black and the plug is also not the same ( three prong ) I know that the sensor itself is interchangeable but which one of the three do I splice to the one exsiting wire on the car.

Thank you

Black is the sensor signal and white are for the sensor heater (not polarity specific). Here's more info: O2 sensor polarity?
