Porsche Crest 90-94 center console in a 77' 911

Is it possible to install the 964 console in a 77 911...I really like that look ,and Iam just curious if it can be done ???? Thanks Frank

Frank, it can be done with a little fabrication. I bought my p-car with one already in it so I am not sure exactly how much work went into it. It seems there is a custom fabricated fiberglass pices onto the rear of it to cover where the shift coupler is, but that also may be part of the original console. But, it can be done.
Also a short throw shifter was added to complete the look.

You can put a whole 964 interior in an earlier 911. I've seen it done. The cars are still basically the same inside and out.

The 964 door panels are basically the same as in any mid eighties 911...
(photo off ebay, 1990 c4)






I put 993 door panels in my 84......went in fairly easily with only 2 mods to the panels....I can detail those mods if you want....
