Show me your "bastards"
I like the look of a car that's been built for "speed" not for "posin".
For example, I'm buying a ducktail and I think I'll keep it unpainted for a while |

I like to think of Ted's car as BATmobile, as opposed to Bastard.

Nice cars, gents.
Hey Carmad, did you just move to Calif? Didn't you use to live in Michigan?

Wayne, you are correct sir. Took a transfer to a new hospital in Visalia, no more shovelling snow, and I can drive my car all year. Did a DE here last Saturday at Buttonwillow, tell the Munks guys it ran like a champ.

Those all look too nice. How about something with a little more "character"?
![]() ![]() The ducktail was installed temporarily after a NASCAR lift flap style incident with the IROC tail. Basically it was a spin and the fiberglass flexed and popped the tail loose while I was backwards. Everyone said it looked like a NASCAR lift reduction flap. I refuse to reinstall it until I include the RSR style rubber tie downs. It was during a time trial and I pulled a 360 in the grass on the outside of the sweeper at Talladega Grand Prix Raceway while running clockwise and thinking "I'll bet I can take that corner flat out." I went in too hot of course and ran out of road. I went off on the outside at the exit and spun in the grass. As I came around to the 360 mark, I caught it and kept on going. For my two lap total including the spin, I wasn't last. ![]() edit: bastard factor 2277
