RUF Rear bumper ..... terrible fit.

I was working on the Ruf bumper install today. The front was great fit and finish.
The rear sucks. Its a MA Shaw and the lines dont match up to
the body at all.
The wheel well curves are off, alignment to the rear quarters is inset almost 1/2" on both sides towards the interior curve, by the taillight corner.
I had a body shop friend stop by and said they were just not made right.

Anyone else had this problem before?

I Left Shaw a message today.
I could fix, but it would mean cutting this thing all up and rebuilding it. What a PITA

I called RUF a few weeks ago. The front bumper kit was over 2000 bucks.

Go repro or go home.

you always have to fit fiberglass a little. Thom did a kickass job on the hardtop, but I still have to fuss w/ it here and there...considering that our cars were hand built, no car is exactly the same, it's gonna be hard to make a perfect match. I got my stuff from rennspeed.
a guy in socal .... asian dude. Fit up great

(by stuff, i mean my fiberglass bumpers).

Of course they say it is your car....... Their ducktail I have is pretty marginal in the fit department as well. The layup is nice, but the fit....
