Angry Troublesome Targa Top

Before every screams enough with the targa troubles!' I have done a search and got close to finding a solution.
Has anyone actually successfully trimmed their newly purchased front and rear rubbers to make the targa fit better. Ii have the dreaded wind getting in. however it doesn't leak.
Basically i have a large gap at the back and the front passenger side is raised...thanks for any help.
Will post pics later

do you have a Targa Buddy with a car close to same year as yours (the top latch changed @ 1985 ???) that you can do a top swap...try yours on his & vis versa, to see how or if the problem transferes from car to car. Plus you can do a general eye balling of both cars/tops to see if anything seems different.

good luck
