50 - 60 kph marking on speedo??

I just got a kph speedometer and it has red stripes between the 50 and 60 kph markings. Anyone know why?

Thanks,

Thanks for the fast reply. I plugged it in to my car and tried it tonight. Seems to work fine but am not sure if the speeds are reading OK. They 'feel' OK but am going to check it against a GPS tomorrow.

For some reason, I'm always going faster than the other cars... ;-)
