Advice on PPI results
Hi folks
I was looking to sell my car see thread and the PPI came up with bad compression results. (see last page) 73 RS look 3.0 hot rod So I bought a cheap leak down gauge and retested. All cylinders between 4 and 8% I feel confident to say the motor has less than 10% on all cylinders. When doing test I noticed a tiny bit of air on a couple of cylinders. I have heard a bad leak before and that aint it!! I am really interested in another project but I dont know what to tell perspective buyers. I am kinda asking a premium so I want no disapointments for the buyer. Should I have another test done and watch?

I would let the prospective buyer do the next PPI. If it were me I would tell the person (if they are really there to buy it) what the deal is. Conflicting leakdown info. See what the next PPI results are.
