Which seats for daily drivers?

I'll probably being posting a few questions as I'm trying to get some help before making mistakes and buying the wrong items, only to have to go through the process twice.
I have a '69 911 that has worn '77 turbo interior. Want to get new seats, but with everything else to purchase will need to buy one's that will not be at the upper $$$ range.
So which seats for a daily driver would you guys suggest? I've seen the cheap seats on Ebay as well as the $1000+ ones.
Or since my seats are good, structure wise, should I select one of the different custom covers out there?
I'd lie to change the interior to a Charcoal gray color. I'll also need door panels, and carpeting, headliner etc.
Thanks for the help.
Please email me at cooperokiehomie@cs.com

What are you looking for, planning to do with the car? If it's just a driver then get the seats redone, if you are doing track work you may want to get a set of recaros with more lateral support.

I don't plan on putting it on the track, but we live out in the country with unlimited winding 2 lane roads (paved, Thank God!) So do get to enjoy the handling of the cars. Especially in the morning on the way to work, 32 miles all country roads.....but watch out for the Cows.
Thanks for your response!

Do you already have the Porsche Sport seats? If not, try 'em. They are great for the street.
