dash lights stay on?

ok I has a euro 1980 911 with a 3.6 v ram transplant. Here is my problem:

when I take the key out of the ignition the alternator, oil pressure, and parking brake warning lights stay on. do I have a bad relay or a bad ignition switch?

ignition switch is less than a year old. Optima battery is new, it wasn't starting but the Neg terminal was really loose( i could remove with my hand), since then starting issue has gone away.

I guess if anyone know if a DME relay goes bad can it go bad and leave the relay in the "on" position even if Key is out or not in the "on" position? When I turn the Key from "off" i can hear the fuel pump etc kick on...
