Sparco seat ID & ? on bottom Mounting

Hello, I purchased this used sparco seat and was wondering if anyone could help me indentify it. It has no labels. Its is fixed fiberglass with bottom mounting holes.

I have a Pro2000 driver seat and this will be the passenger seat.
My plan was to fix the position ( set back to rear of the car) for the passengers seat. Most racing bodies require side mounting.
Is it unsafe for the passenger in a bototm mounted seat?
