Sam (swbsam) must have one of the nicest ones around. Nice enough for PCNA to borrow it for the LA Auto Show this last winter. |

It's been at least a couple years now being behind the wheel of a pcar, but I can easily say that I'm still getting to know the quirks of driving it to its limits. May not be the swb 911 you all love, but I have to say that I have fallen in love and have come to feel very confident swinging my little ass around the twisties, with only 2/3 of the cylinder.. Any kid who gets his first pcar in high school, as I did, should definately look into a 912. It's becoming increasingly difficult, however, to steer clear of that hp bug going around.

Here's my '68 912. It is Burgundy Red. I also got my 912 in high school. I have owned my car for 21 years.

Haven't seen much of Sam lately.....he had a bad accident in one of his other rides. I imagine he'll show at the Ventura Autofest. That's the last time I saw him....
